Mere Yaar Kee Shaadi hai.....!!

God has made pairs up there in the sky...bus unkaa milna hum par chodh dia hai...!!

Ever witnessed a wedding...away from home...surrounded by friends and colleagues ...nahi naa...read on then...!!

Recently a friend of mine got married ...kaafi soch vichar ke baad ye decision lia gaya tha….Obviously anybody would think a million times yaar...!!

15th August ka aitehaasik din....was chosen as the date of his wedding....what an irony...na i'll not comment on this more nahi to maar padegee..!!

We reached at the Grooms’ place early morning, all were present except the GROOM...which was quite expected....and he knows why... :-))

Then..some more friends came in...some more talks..chitchats..and finally GROOM appeared...with a smile on his face...the LAST smile....oops....before marriage...!!He got ready on time and we left for destination MANDIR.

Then came the bride....She looked wonderful....all emotions and expressions...the joy of getting into an everlasting relationship with the one she loves was purely visible on her face...!! I would like to make a special mention here....She did all her shopping in one day..that too from Chandani Chowk...Hats off..!!

Ceremony Begins:
There was a two in one Pandit jee....kaise...
One, he was the one who got the couple registered as husband and wife on papers and handed over marriage certificates to the duo.
Two, he enchanted all mantras and shlokes in Arya Samaj Mandir and made this marriage ceremony a success.

Although there were four wedding vows as it was an aryasamaj wedding...I’ll mention all seven vows:

The first step is taken to earn and provide a living for their household or family, and avoiding those things that might harm them.
The second step is taken to build their physical, mental and spiritual powers and to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The third step is taken to earn and increase their wealth by righteous and proper means.
The fourth step is taken to acquire knowledge, happiness and harmony by mutual love, respect, understanding and faith.
The fifth step is taken to have children for whom they will be responsible and blessed with healthy, righteous and brave children.
The sixth step is taken for self-control and longevity.
The seventh step is taken to be true to each other, loyal and remain life-long companions by this wedlock.

Couple looked fantabulous together. Wishes and blessings to the newly wed came from all people present there... plenty of pictures were taken...My favorite pic was: when people were giving sweets to the groom...yaad hai na... :-))

Party:

Bade log...he has planned for a lunch in five Star Hotel...which was good and we all enjoyed there...I was continuously smiling and laughing because of some reasons....Kya karu...aadat se majboor hu..!!I left for home (from the so called "Grih Pravesh" for my family) congratulating them and taking all memories with me....!!

Aftermaths:
Status stands awaited…:-))

Bride and the Groom: A special dedication to you by this post on my blog..(Your Dushmans' Blog). Marriage is a funny and complex journey..so enjoy this journey with the warmth of your relationship and never let any awful thing overtake your life.

~~~~Wish you a very happy married life-God bless~~~~
Well, just one correction - in Aarya Samaaj, there are seven vows (steps - saptapadi - said to be the precursor of "saat phere"), not four. However, there are four "phere".
