Until we meet again….

Goodbyes make you think, invariably.

They make you retrospect….as to what you've had and introspect….what you've taken for granted and just let go.

The day when you left your home for the first time…your first leap to independence….In those numb moments you just couldn’t gather yourself enough, to let your family know how much you loved them.

The moment when you bid farewell, to one of your friends, for good…the train started moving, you stood near the wagon door….smiling and waving goodbye. Until struggling through tears, you lost the sight thinning in to the fog. You never said how much you would miss the times spent together.

Or meeting a stranger….someone you barely knew and ever seen before. An event that slipped passed your moral sensors and which you considered flat-out foolishness….but when you said adios and realized that you are not going to see that someone for a long time or, worst yet, ever again, it created a void.

We may never know…what to say when the inevitable goodbye arrives…but saying the fair share of….I love you’s , Thank you’s and Sorry’s may help in reducing the remorse .

It is better to have spoken them, rather now, than never at all. For just like gravity, everybody knows that love, gratitude and apologies exist….but if it’s silent it isn't much use to anyone.

This time, ending with a quote “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success and parting paths are acceptable”….

FOOD for THOUGHT

Eat at your own risk...first n last warning to all...phir mat kenha kee bataya nahi thaa..!!
Kabhi kabhi mere dil mein khayal aata hai....one fine weekend...me preparing food (all main course meals) and make my Ma delighted with my presence in Kitchen... This week, this khayal transformed into reality…I actually prepared food and yesss folks liked it...(why because they didn’t had any other option to choose from):-))
The expression…"necessity is the mother of invention" could never have been truer in my case as I wanted to attend ROCK ON concert and for that I had to be good to my family, so like a sweet daughter..I started off with my voyage in kitchen…
I progressed well by asking Ma about things like...'daal kahan rakhi hai’...'arree masale nahi mil rahe’....'Ma pani kitna dalna hai'etc etc....and getting compliments from her like...."Sharam kar kuch ...paraye ghar jana hai...kuch te aan chaida”.. ..
By the way, on the brighter side, I think...I cook pretty well….but how much percentage of my thoughts match with others, that’s a mystery…!!.So, under running commentary and guidance of the majesty, I successfully finished preparing food and geared up for expert comments. The art of cooking food is something that you can only truly acquire with time and practice…as well as after observing others cook and taking mental notes…which is often the best way to learn any practical skill quickly and efficiently. Cooking food is a practice…that can only be done if you absolutely enjoy doing it…there are times when you need to be able to improvise and create something, which only someone who is truly passionate about food can do.

Off course many of us are forced into cooking food and usually such people don’t make delicious dishes that you remember them by,…still there’s always a room for improvement…(being optimistic is the key to success…):-))

So my dear friends…this was all about fulfilling those food fantasies and avoiding those expensive disappointments.

Give it a thought and act accordingly…!!
